Rio 15 is a small community of fifteen “townhouses” with tranquil views of the mountains, vineyards and surrounding nature. These townhouses from 218 m2 to 263 m2 are built with local materials such as stone and wood, giving them a quiet, cozy and easy to live in environment.
The set, developed by WORKSHOP / Mauricio Rocha + Gabriela Carrillo in collaboration with TO/ Carlos Facio and Jose Amozurrutia, is located at the foot of the mountains, the vineyards, and along a unique stream that, when dry, is distinguished by being a border of vegetation and, in rains, by the water that flows and the fauna it attracts.
The Cuatro Cuatros residences represent a true opportunity to experience a sanctuary at any time of the year. Our vision is to create a true getaway home, where you can disconnect and truly enjoy life with your loved ones, in a unique environment surrounded by the goodness of our exquisite surroundings.
